We hope that this website will give you at least a beginning sense of the welcoming people and ministry of First Presbyterian Church. Here you will find information concerning our church and its ministries. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing. Our church is a warm and loving church, and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call on us for anything you need. 125th Year
Anniversary!
Join us on April 28th as we celebrate our church's 125th Anniversary. We will have a special service (11am) with a big luncheon together following (~12pm).
Events at First Pres. Alamo
Bible Study
Join us every Tuesday morning at 10:00am as we learn more about the books of the Bible. A great time to ask questions and learn more!
Church Potluck
Join us for an all church potluck the last Sunday of each month following our worship service. Bring a dish to share or just come and enjoy a delicious meal and fellowship
time together.
Worship Services
Looking for a place to worship with others? We gather together on Sunday mornings at 11:00 am for the service and worship together.
Session Meetings
A meeting where the elected Elders get together to make decisions on behalf of the church and lead in a way God is directing. Our meetings are open for others to join us.
Free Meals
Need a free meal? Head on over to St. John's Episcopal Church between 4-5pm on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
You can dine in or take out, just head inside and put your request in with them.
